Mad Cow aluminum panniers are water resistant and IGBC certified bear resistant. Panniers are built with .100 gauge aluminum, full-length hinges, rubber gaskets, lockable latches, and handles. Panniers are made for horses and come with hanging brackets; however, they can be custom built for any use (bikes, motorcycles, etc).
